Sapphire® Soft Leaf Buffalo is a tight matted grass that out competes the toughest of weeds and the tight mat makes it extremely drought tolerant.
Sapphire® is also low allergy and is one of the hardiest turf types available today.

Tropical Buffalo (Carpet Grass) thrives in the tropics making it a common choice in our region. This grass will grow in most areas of North Queensland however this grass has poor tolerance to the cold.
ADVANTAGES: Will grow in a wide range of soils and in up to 60% shade. Very little maintenance. Well suited to this region.
APPEARANCE: Coarse textured leaf approximately 6mm. Colour is green to light green.
APPLICATION: Domestic & Commercial. Semi Shaded areas such as parks & gardens.
